A custom vest is made to order, so the timeline starts after the design and order details are confirmed. Here is the sequence to use when planning a personal order, team run, or event.
Step 1: approve the design
Place the artwork on the front and back panels, review spelling and positioning, and approve the preview. Production timing starts after approval and confirmation of the order details.
Step 2: production
Production takes 3–5 business days after design approval.
Step 3: dispatch
Orders ship 1–2 business days after production. Tracking is sent by email when the order ships.
Step 4: delivery
- United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- International: 7–15 business days after dispatch, excluding customs delays.

Planning for an event
Practical buffer: for a domestic event, order at least 2–3 weeks before the target date. For an international event, allow 3–4 weeks or more. These are planning buffers, not guaranteed delivery dates; customs and carrier delays can add time.
What can change the timing
- The artwork or roster changes after approval.
- A size list or member detail is incomplete.
- The order needs a revised design review.
- Customs or the carrier adds a delay after dispatch.
